Touring Europe!

Hi all,

we we bought our first caravan about 2 weeks ago, it's still at the dealers just looking for storage at the moment! We are setting off in September for a year long trip round  Europe the plan is:

France, Germany, Denmark, Norway, back through Denmark and Germany, Czeck Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and back to France but we are pretty flexible as well!

My question is what equipment is necessary and/or desirable. Please go back to basics as we are new to all of it! Any advice would be much appreciated.
