Front panel cracking in 2013 Elddis caravans

We are in the midst of an ongoing "discussion" with our dealer and Elddis regarding cracking on the fibreglass front panel of our new Affinity 530. As I've already explained in another thread ( regarding overall quality of Elddis vans), I'm now trying to
find out just how many other people have had the same problem - I'm already in touch with someone else on CT with a spookily similar problem! Please do et me know if you, or anyone you know, have had this problem too. Thanks!

    I also have quite major cracking on the front panel of my Elddis Afinity 550, I have just completed a very strong fibre glass repair, but after towing the van about 15 kilometers, a small stress fracture has started again in the same place,

    yep Riva Gold 2016 (Avante 554) caused by stress from the bad design gas locker lid. Stop drilled all the cracks when found then made my own gas locker cover which opens fully 😀 No problems since. https://www.cencerrita.com/caravan-gas-locker-door-replacement/

    The telescopic struts were too strong putting stress on the front behind the original bad design locker hinge. Cracks started and then went on from here
