Microwave Locker Damage
Hi all 
I am new to this forum and to caravanning and only started last year, our caravan is a 2011 4 berth Sterling Eccles Moonstone and so far so good that is until the other day whilst travelling down to the new forest we stopped for a break and when entering
the caravan I found the microwave hanging out of its overhead locker space and its plastic surround already on the floor, the base shelf of the locker had pulled away from the rest of the locker unit the 4 screws and staples had not done their job. I took
the microwave out and put it on the floor of the van and continued to our destination.
The same day I spoke to our caravan neighbour on the site and related the sad story only to be told that he had had the exact same conversation with another caravan owner 3 days prior who had the same make and year as mine, this makes me think I am
not the only person out there with this problem. The Caravan is a 2011 4 berth Sterling Eccles Moonstone.
I would appreciate if anyone else has had the same problem and what they did to get it repaired at a cost or under the warranty.
