A bit random, but I am building a composite deck. My good lady wife wants the posts to look like/be the same as the brown composite stuff around the club water points. Does anybody know where they get them from!?!
Hi all. I have recently taken up the hobby of woodturning, given that I am likely to overburden the household with my turned offerings, I was wondering if it would be possible to set up a table display of my work while on the pitch to offer items for sale? Anyone have any experience of something like this?
I know it's a bit of a long shot but are there any clock repairers out there? If so, can you suggest what might be my problem. I have a skeleton wall clock about 30 years old. It hasn't been serviced but I do give it a very gentle 'tickle' occasionally to get rid of any dust on the mechanism. For quite some time now it has…

Betelgeuse is in Orion constellation and shows red at the moment. Astronomers are getting really excited as our ringside seat, about 650 light years away, should be…
My passion is sailing. We have a 28' traditional Broads yacht , and as an RYA instructor I volunteer at a local charity which provides sailing and boating for disabled and disadvantaged people on the Norfolk Broads. Two of their motor cruisers can be seen on their moorings near the Norfolk Broads club site.
