Afternoon, i am trying to find out the policy now with the new booking system, if we book a site during december and pay the deposit what happens if it snows and we are unable to travel does that mean we would loose our deposit? as it would be less than 21 days.

Surprised that trying to book the Southlands site on the Isle Wight that there are no links to be able to make ferry bookings. It's been a couple of years since traveling there and at that time you were able to book certain sites with ferry included in the booking and the previous owners were one of those sites. Granted…
But not as we know it. Book 28 days before, minimum of 3 days and no public holidays included. So will they honour those bookings already made and now going to be discounted.
