We have just done our first touring type holiday in our self converted camper and used all club sites in care of apocalyptic weather or some other disaster that forced a change of location. I noticed that all the sites I picked stated they were 'peaceful off peak'. But how do you know when 'off peak' is? I imagined that…
Hi There, I'm looking to book in here but I'm worried about ground clearance over the bridge. I have a Bailey Alliance 1999. Can anyone help? Has anyone with an alliance had any problems getting on site?
I was aware that the C&CC had lodges on some of their sites but I didn't know they also had static caravans. Apparently they have upped their charges for removal and re-siting statics when they reach 15 years of age which, to me , seems a bit young to have to replace something? The article is here…
I know not all of you get the regular emails from the Club but I thought I would post a link to the refurbishment of Cayton Village near Scarborough. There are a couple of videos as well. See Link here. We enjoyed our stay there last year although we had some misgivings. However the upgrade looks to address most of those…

We usually go to Europe in the Spring, then again in late Summer but have to stay in UK this Spring. Is it necessary to book everything or can we do as in Europe, tour around and just arrive as we would do in Europe? We would use a variety of sites, not just Club sites. Thanks

We were walking along the pavement when a couple with two dogs came the other way, they stood to one side and we moved to the curb edge as we…
hi. I am seeking advice on the best route from Banchory to Newtonmore in scotland with a caravan it may not be the shortest. but the shortest is all miner roads and the best route may be the long way round. thanks
Just read about this tour of the Yorkshire coast and countryside primarily for cyclists. With several C&MC sites to facilitate completion I wonder how many of our fellow members will take up the challenge of its 240 miles of delight. https://www.routeyc.co.uk/
