I have a free site night voucher issued by the club and valid until December 2021. Under conditions on the reverse it states it will be allocated against the first night of the stay. Can the voucher be redeemed for a single nights only on a club site.
With just one exemption I have always stayed on a club site and never been disappointed with the facilities. Has anybody had any dealings with Ageas the clubs insurers for the above. We unfortunately had a burst pipe and they (Ageas) are less than helpful. 2 hours to get through on helplines, a club officer was on at least one hour and had to give up. This policy is not what is expected from the club.
