Tried three times to make a site booking this afternoon and on all three occasions I could not proceed to the payment page as the site had lost me! I will try again later but surely the system should be more robust? Wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to go back and fill in all the details again.
To paraphrase Lady Bracknell, "To lose one booking, Mr. Worthing, may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose three looks like carelessness.”

Interesting! Tried a different browser to Chrome and the booking when through successfully, straight away. Perhaps its a cache thing with Chrome?
