What's happening to club site booking

Hi just been on to book some more days away and to find my summer holidays  have gone does any one know what's going on ?

     Hmmm... All my bookings are there under My Profile.  undecided

    To OP. Log out and in again. When you log in they are on the page that you are taken to

     Mine are there too. A silly question but where are you looking? If they have gone from my profile>my UK bookings then contact the club.

    Another silly question did you receive an email confirmation? It should has the booking reference number on them?

    Could this possibly be a mix up over the two versions of my profile. The one you get through CT showing totally different info than the one you get by clicking on my profile at the top of the page.

    one is club together/ myprofile the other membership/ myprofile

    They really need to come up with a different designation for the CT one, as I am sure it is causing confusion.

    When I looked I did not initially see bookings but was shown as logged on. I was not it would seem. When I logged out and in it was there.

    Hi sparky.  If the problem persists I would certainly ring up and check. You will have the booking reference number in the email from the Club.

    Do let us know how you get on.
