Levelling a twin axle with 'locknlevel'

Has anybody got experience of this type of system or a similar inflatable type? I've tried drive on types under 1 wheel and 2 wheels but we often struggle to get the van on and off and changing a punctured wheel is near impossble without carrying a trolley
jack and even that is difficult to get in the right place to lift the chassis.  Any advice would be welcome.
