We hear so much about how poor manufacturer support is that I should report a good story!

Having stupidly caught a gatepost with the rear corner of our Alutec Olympus I ordered a new corner molding from Bailey's spares dept. It arrived in a couple of weeks after an email had told us when it was going to arrive, within an hour's window!!!

Part now fitted and we are back to normal!!!
