Write your comments here...like a lot of forums, the few try and domiante and shout down everybody that does not agree with them.

When camping out of the main summer season we will always book a service pitch if possible. In the summer we prefer grass anyway. I've often wondered why, at most sites, service pitches are near the toilet block! I assume it's something to do with drainage
and water supply. We have a preference for quieter areas of the site but not always possible iy you want the service pitch.0 -
Folk who want more serviced pitches, need to realise that if they get them, they WILL by necessity be near to the existing facilities (you cannot just dump waste water anywhere), Fresh water is more flexible, but not the waste. I think they are a bit of a waste of resources (cash) when the Club is losing many of it's Leased sites and therefore losing pitches available. Baltic Wharf and Presthope, to name but 2, how many others are the leases running out on ? We need more sites, and not leased or associate ones.Serviced prices can wait.
