I would like to thank Robson's of Durham for good service. Needed a part for my Fendt caravan. Found website, emailed an enquiry on Sunday afternoon and received reply on Sunday afternoon. Asked them to email photos to ensure I had the correct thing. Monday
morning 10:15 part on way.

As people are quick to rightly complain about poor service  I believe it is important to praise when the service is good.
