Customer's expectations and rights.

As paying customers of the Caravan Club, We are purchasers of this "Club Together" site. As customers, are we happy that this product is up to standard and fit for purpose.  Does the software work seamlessly with no glitches, do we have login problems, do
we like the blank pages which keep occuring, are we happy that the site intermittantly grinds to a halt.  ETC ETC. If we were buying Club Together as a separate software package would we take it back to the retailer.  What do we, the customers, expect when
we buy a software package ?. . What do the you the customers think ?.
