Fenwick's Top & Tail

Does anyone use Fenwick's Top & Tail in their caravan toilet? Apparently it is for use as a rinse and in the waste tank.. I currently use the Aqua Kem Pink & Blue but the Fenwick's is quite a bit cheaper.... Just wondering!
