Golly I just want to say I really like version 2 of your avatar, the purple furry one.  As the discussion has been closed I couldn't comment as you requested, so started a new thread - quite possibly in the wrong section

I know that my comments here will make no sense to anyone who hasn't read the previous thread or seen your new cute avatar

You are correct, you have posted it in the wrong place. As the original has been closed and an explanation given by the Community Manager I will do the same to this one rather than risk a continuation of the previous debate.
