Can any one help me with this problem?

This unit is installed in my Coachman Laser 675 2021 model I cannot turn the unit off, the only way i can turn it off is by removing the face plate, i'v looked on the internet but can't find any info of how to turn it off

Any help would be appreciated.

    @Briang I'm not sure what the model is in my caravan but we had trouble finding it and still do, the off switch is very small, a rectangular horizontal button maybe 2mm by 5mm and' hidden' by other larger controls. If memory serves it is half way down on the left in between the volume control and something else, sorry I can't be more precise. Hope this helps?

    I had a 2020 VIP with exactly the same problem and was told to push one of the buttons around the circular switch. To be honest it worked sometimes but in the end I did exactly what you do and took the front plate off. Just as easy and significantly quicker.

    @Briang we have one in our Coachman Laser 575 2021 - its a horrendous unit! Solution for us is to Bluetooth one of our phones to the Avtex sound bar and listen to the radio that way….

    Thank youall for your replies. I just had the caravan serviced and the engineer managed to reset the unit and it worked for a couple of times. Now when i connected the front it was back as it was could not turnit off. I think i will just leave it and remove the face wheni turn it off.
