Adding guests when booking online / using APP
Query. Just booking a campsite for two members and family guests who will part stay with us in our caravan. The booking page allows you to add the number of guests and also gives you the sub total for their stay BUT it doesn't appear to add this cost to the final booking total which remains at the cost for two members? Also there is a tick box for you to add extra car but doesn't allow you to say for how many nights - it assumes car is there for the whole duration of the booking which is not the case?

Maybe make your booking for two people and when you check in at reception add the additional people and car for x number of nights. The warden will then adjust your booking accordingly.

I would advise either ring the site you are booked on after 1pm or wait until Monday and ring the booking service at head office but Mondays are usually a very busy day, also check re second car as some sites do not have room for two cars and there usually extra payment or might be better in site car park. hope this helps.

@roxyr10 As Redkite and @Tinwheeler says but I wouldn't worry too much.
To explain further, firstly for the guests there's nothing to worry about as long as you have a booking in the first place, explain when you get to the site and the cost will be added on there and then and you pay there and then. Your booking is not 'invalid' in any way just because you've brought two extra guests. You have booked a pitch and how many are on that pitch or caravan is up to you. I've done this many a time when there's just two of us booked in as then one of our daughters decides to come along, often the night before and we just pay on arrival or when they turn up for the extra guest.
But with cars as @RedKite says be careful. I've found that even if you have booked an extra car it may not be possible because of fire spacing or pitch size to have it on your pitch. Usually you have to check with the wardens but the cost is (or was) £2 per night. But again as I assume you've opted to pay on arrival this can all be sorted out when you're paying, and likewise for how many nights.
Also if there's a car park on your chosen site then that is free, you only pay for the car on the pitch. You could check the site plan to see if it has one.
I Perosnally never use the App, I just use my phone/tablet with the main booking website page.
